We translate community problems into research questions and answer them using careful research design. Our research helps communities better understand the nature, size, and geographical distribution of social problems; to identify and describe people in need of assistance; and to describe important elements of context to consider in program work.

We specialize in facilitating participatory and data-informed approaches to strategy and program planning. We help community members frame strengths and challenges and assist them in translating social science research, exploring and crafting new program and operational models, and crafting their best path forward as an organization.

Program Measurement, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

We assist program managers and funders in applying a systematic approach to creating and refining program impact theory and design, studying program implementation, and measuring and assessing program impact.

Data, Business Intelligence & Analytics

We work to understand organizational performance questions and translate them into enterprise reports, performance dashboards, or predictive or prescriptive data models. Currently, we build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.
